Welcome to Holiday Penida. By booking and participating in our tours and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp, email, website inquiry, or authorized booking platforms. Full payment or deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

2. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and drivers during the tour.

Holiday Penida is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

3. Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly encouraged to have their own personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and personal belongings.

4. Weather & Operational Conditions

Tours may be adjusted, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather conditions, sea conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a refund according to our Refund Policy.

5. Delays & No-Show

Guests who arrive late may result in shortened tour duration without refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Holiday Penida reserves the right to modify tour routes or schedules if necessary for safety, operational, or weather reasons.

7. Liability Limitation

Holiday Penida acts as a local tour operator. While we prioritize safety and professionalism, we shall not be held liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
