At Holiday Penida, we are committed to providing professional and reliable travel services. Please review our refund terms below:
• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date are subject to cancellation charges as stated in our Cancellation Policy.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
• In the event of severe weather conditions, unsafe sea conditions, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances, guests may choose to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
