Cancellation Policy

At Holiday Penida, we understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

• Free cancellation is available for bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

• In the event of severe weather conditions, unsafe sea conditions, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances, the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded at our discretion.

• Any request to change the tour date is subject to availability.
